Lauterborn Electric was called to Levittown after we were highly recommended by a repeat customer for a new 200 AMP main electrical service upgrade.
The images show the before and after. The existing outdated 100 amp service had out lived its life expectancy.
The new 200 amp main electrical service was installed with a meter disconnect on the exterior. The updated code requires that any new main electrical service have an emergency disconnect on the exterior.
This is a safety feature for firefighters to turn off the power in the house without having the pull the meter or going inside in emergency situations.
Permits and inspections were pulled as required by the local township and a third party inspection agency certified the work.
