Lauterborn Electric was called in to upgrade some fixtures on a new construction property. The new owners bought the property but were unable to customize the property before it was finished. So before they moved in they reached out to us to change most of their hanging fixtures, bath vanity fixtures, and also hang ceiling fans in all of the bedrooms and one in the living room.
