This very challenging custom new construction project started right around the time the Covid 19 pandemic began. After many frustrating delays and stoppages, the project finally came to a successful conclusion. This custom built home was wired to the latest electrical codes including a New 200 AMP service, ARC & GFCI protection and hardwired smoke detectors.
The installation included over 80 recessed lights, under cabinet lighting, under stair lighting, and custom lighting throughout as per the owner’s specifications. Wall sconces and chandeliers were installed to illuminate the first floor hallway. Pendant lighting was installed over a large kitchen island. Glass cabinets were prewired with led lighting in the kitchen and dry bar area.
The house has 4.5 bathrooms that all have high end vanity lighting installed. Heat mats were installed under the tile flooring in the master bathroom.
Although it was a difficult project, the job was a success and the images show the finished product.
