Lauterborn Electric was called to University City by investors who bought a property less than a month ago. The reason for that was the property was not getting hot water and the baseboard electrical heaters were not heating properly. After we did an inspection of the property we noticed that everything in the property was electric and that the main service which was 100 amps was unable to handle the load of everything in the property. Lauterborn Electric installed a new 200 amp service with a 200 amp meter socket, 40 circuit Siemens Panel, and new underground service end box to give us more room to make connections to the main power supply.
