Mckean project in South Philadelphia completed

Lauterborn electric recently  completed a rewire in the South Philly section of Philadelphia.

The project which began in December, was delayed for 3 months due to  Covid-19.

A new 100-amp service was installed and receptacles added to meet electrical Codes.
Recessed lighting, well placed throughout, were installed to give the property a contemporary look

Dedicated lines were run into the kitchen for counter receptacles, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, and disposal.

GFCI and ARC fault protection, hard-wired smoke detectors throughout where installed to meet all National electrical code.

A final electrical inspection was completed and approved by United Inspections.
This 120 year old outdated  property became a beautiful home.
