Lauterborn Electric started the process of restoring this home electrically in Narberth Township just west of Philadelphia. This home originally built in 1955 was completely gutted and an addition was built for added space. We began by thoroughly walking through the home with the builder and formulating a game plan as to the wiring, lighting, and service needs to bring this house up to current electrical codes. A 200 AMP service was installed and a 100 AMP sub panel was placed on the second floor to allow for the internal wiring. Recessed lighting and receptacles were roughed wired in, and circuitry for essentials such as HVAC and smoke detectors were also routed.
