A warehouse gets a makeover

by Lauterborn Electric on January 13th, 2011

Lauterborn Electric was recently involved in the complete renovation of an outdated building.  The Front street project, originally a warehouse, was converted into eight luxury condos. The builder kept some of the original structure and exposed brick while mixing in some contemporary lighting and décor to give the space a unique look.

Here are images from one of the units.

Ceiling fans were installed to give the space a contemporary look.

These ceiling fans and track lights were hung high off the rafters and all wiring was done with electric metallic tubing (EMT).

The kitchen was enhanced with some under counter lighting and EMT was installed for surface mounted outlets.

Here are some other lights that were also installed by Lauterborn Electric.  Click on each picture to get a better view.   For a free consultation, contact your Philadelphia electrical contractor at 215-688-8472. Or, email us through
