This creates additional expense to a homeowner not only having to repair the electrical issue, but also having to contact a contractor to repair walls or ceilings opened to locate the electrical problem. The images show electrical equipment with minimal or no access to the equipment or junction boxes. Not having proper access to these live electrical parts is not only against electrical codes, but can create the potential for overheating and possible losing of power or worse, an electrical fire.
