The national electrical code (NEC) is what qualified electricians follow. The NEC provides us with the minimum requirements when it comes to electrical wiring. Lauterborn electric recently rewired a home in the Bridesburg section of the city of Philadelphia. The property owners were moving back to Philadelphia and purchased a home to completely renovate. Lauterborn Electric met with them and established a game plan as to their electrical needs. A 200 AMP service was installed to provide the foundation for power to the property. The kitchen cabinets and appliances were to be supplied by IKEA and coordination with the installers was essential. A combination of recessed and surface light fixtures were selected for installation. Ceiling fans were installed in the bedrooms and living room.  Decora style devices were installed to give the home a contemporary look. After the conclusion of this very challenging project Lauterborn Electric had another very satisfied costumer.
