Electrical Renovation of a Fishtown Home

by Lauterborn Electric on July 6th, 2012

Lauterborn Electric and Match Remodeling got together recently for a partial renovation in the Fishtown section of the City of Philadelphia. The second and third floors of this small over 150 year old row home were gutted and in need of some TLC. The plan was to preserve the integrity of the home’s original décor. Adding some recessed and track lighting to highlight and accent the original brick walls. Ceiling fans were installed above the rafters in the third floor for affect and air circulation. This very challenging project was completed with key coordination and many consultations with the builder as well as the home owner.

In conclusion, by opening up areas throughout the home and modernizing the wiring and lighting, this small trinity became a more spacious and functional home for the home owner to enjoy.
