Updating your electrical system

by Lauterborn Electric on March 8th, 2011

The new home owners of this property received an inspection report stating that the main panel had several violations including some double tapped breakers.

The original service entrance cable had water dripping into the meter socket causing some corrosion to occur. The grounding of the system was also inadequate.

These images below depict the condition of the panel as seen by the home inspector.

After meeting with the home owner and reviewing the home inspector’s report, Lauterborn Electric recommended a new complete 100 AMP service.
